Chinonso Eze, Solicitor.

Having completed her legal training in February 2016, Chinonso qualified into the real estate department. With a background in corporate governance and philanthropy, Chinonso works with a range of for-profit and non-profit businesses (including charities and social enterprises) on various aspects of real estate transactions and disputes.


Acting for landlords and tenants on issues arising out of early terminations of leases including the exercise of break options and validity of notices
Advising on service charge disputes in both residential and commercial properties
Advising on security of tenure aspects of Agricultural Holdings and Farm Business tenancies
Advising paper owners and squatters on adverse possession claims in both registered and unregistered land situations
Advising servient land owners on obtaining light obstructions notices
Assisting with advice to estate owners on wayleave agreements and advising on compliance with the Electronic Communications Code
